In the case that something may happen to the property, the amount needed to replace and/or fix said goods will be discounted from this deposit before refunding.
Cleaning Service:
- Stays of 5 to 6 nights, 1 cleaning is included.
- Stays of 7 to 10 nights, 2 cleanings are included.
- Stays of 11 to 14 nights, 3 cleanings are included.
- Stays of 15 nights or more, cleaning is weekly.
- Departure cleaning is included.
- Dishwashing is not included.
- On holidays cleaning is not scheduled.
Energy consumption. In long stays (from 15 nights) the cost of energy consumption (KwH) is not included.
